Obd2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using obd2 services. By accessing this platform, you agree to all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the obd2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use obd2 services.

These terms apply to all users of the obd2 platform, including those browsing the website, registering an account, making deposits, or using any of the gaming features provided. obd2 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notices or email if material changes are made.

Continued use of the obd2 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Account Creation & Security

To use obd2 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use obd2 services. This platform is not intended for individuals below the minimum age stipulated by Malaysian law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. obd2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

Obd2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the obd2 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action where applicable:

  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to access or exploit the platform
  • Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any form of illegal activity in gameplay
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system or other users' accounts
  • Distributing harmful, defamatory, or disruptive content through the obd2 platform
  • Transferring funds between accounts without authorisation from obd2

Obd2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances linked to suspicious activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the obd2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account and made available for gaming activities. obd2 does not guarantee deposit processing times as these depend on third-party payment providers. Under normal circumstances, deposits are processed within 5 to 60 minutes.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to completion of the full identity verification process. obd2 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or where account verification requirements have not been met. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to availability.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. obd2 is not liable for any withdrawal delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Obd2 provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. obd2 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.

Obd2's total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Obd2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
  • Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading
  • Activities suspected of involving money laundering or fraud
  • Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies
  • Users inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months

Users whose accounts are closed due to terms violations are not entitled to claim any compensation or recovery of balances subject to fraud investigations.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the obd2 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of obd2 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written consent from obd2.

The obd2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. obd2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Access to third-party services is at the user's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the obd2 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to resolve any disputes through consultation first before pursuing formal legal action.
