  • Device and browser information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and session data automatically generated when you browse the platform.
  • Payment information: records of MYR deposit and withdrawal transactions, payment methods used such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or FPX, and the time and amount of each transaction. obd2 does not store bank card numbers directly — this information is handled by authorised payment providers.
  • Usage data: game history, language preferences, session duration, pages visited, and in-platform interactions.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: data collected through session cookies and persistent cookies for login authentication, user preferences, and internal analytics.

2. Purpose of Data Use

All information collected by obd2 is used solely for platform operations and to enhance the user experience. We use this information to:

  • Verifying user identity and preventing fraud or unauthorised access
  • Processing MYR deposits, withdrawals, and transactions accurately and securely
  • Providing customer support and resolving any complaints or enquiries
  • Analysing usage patterns to improve platform performance and the overall user experience

  • Complying with legal obligations and the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies in Malaysia

Obd2 does not use your personal information for third-party advertising purposes without your consent.

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and obd2 servers
  • Internal access control systems ensuring only authorised personnel can access sensitive user data

Users' personal information is stored on servers located in regions that comply with data protection requirements. Inactive account data will be archived and deleted after a set period in accordance with obd2's legal and operational requirements.

Obd2 does not sell, rent, or disclose users' personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, in certain circumstances, information may be shared with:

  • Payment provider: MYR transaction details required to process deposits and withdrawals are shared with approved payment providers, such as FPX gateways and listed eWallet operators.
  • Legal authority: where required by Malaysian law, a court order, or a valid request from an enforcement agency, obd2 will disclose the necessary information.
  • Technical partners: technical infrastructure providers that help operate the obd2 platform may have limited access to user data within the scope of their duties, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

In all of the above sharing scenarios, we ensure that the receiving parties uphold data protection standards equivalent to our own policy.

6. User Rights, Policy Changes & Contact Us

As an obd2 user in Malaysia, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

We will notify users via an in-platform notice or email if there are any material changes. Continued use of the obd2 platform after such changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
